The 2021 National Data Protection Commission’s activity plan was published. According to it, the CNPD will carry out inspections of compliance with the rules on data processing, focusing in particular on the following areas of activity:

• Video surveillance in public space;
• Call Centers;
• TVDE Platforms

This does not mean that there is no inspected activity in the other areas of activity, but only that it will focus in particular on these entities – which reinforces the need to review the level of compliance on privacy and protection of personal data
