Illegal Prosecution – a crime in disguise.

Did you know Illegal Prosecution is a crime?

Did you know that there are acts that can only be performed by lawyers or solicitors?

The Lisbon Regional Council has won a legal battle (amongst 222 pending cases) and is going to close a real estate agency for the practice of illegal acts as an attorney.

Good news in news published here by Eco.

It should be remembered that:

– drawing up contracts (any contracts);

– legal advice;

– recovery of debts;

– representing clients, against payment, as a service, with Power of Attorney (or without it), with ANY ENTITY (registries, tax offices, town councils, SEF, etc.)

Are all examples of acts that fall under the EXCLUSIVE competence of lawyers or solicitors.

If your accountant makes an employment contract,

Or your mediator makes your promissory contract,

incurs in a crime of illegal prosecution.

If you apply for nationality or a visa or residence permit through someone who is charging you for this, who does not have an active registration as a lawyer or solicitor,

incurs in a crime of illegal prosecution.

It is easy to check.
